I started Emerald City Construction with a goal of providing quality homes to our clients.
The Role - In A Nutshell:
The Project Manager is the sole person responsible for their project's success through the production phase and is an ambassador for Emerald City Construction. This individual will be the eyes and ears on the site to ensure that the work is being done correctly, per the agreed-upon scope, and in the scheduled timeframe.

Position Specific Outcomes
Project Execution: Complete projects on time and on budget while meeting the highest level of quality.
Client Experience: Provide an exceptional client experience through professional communications on a regular basis to ensure clients do not ever have to ask what the next step is.
Financial Tracking: Provide clients assurance on the financial cost of their project in real-time, and protect Emerald City Construction Best through monitoring, maintaining, and flagging ‘Job Costing.’
Collaboration: Aid in developing the project budget in combination with the Pre-Construction Manager to better define the Scope of Work and associated costs.
Mentorship & Relationships: Maintain and deepen Trade Partner/Vendor relationships and mentor your internal teammates.
